Bihar Players Association (BPA) president Mritunjay Tiwari broke his fast after Bihar Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Dr Sukhda Pandey offered him a glass of fruit juice at the outer ground of the Moinul Haq Stadium in Patna on August 28, 2011.
