Landless upper castes to get land for home in Bihar

Bihar Revenue and Land Reform Minister Dr Madan Mohan Jha said the State Government has decided to allot 5 decimal homestead land to landless upper caste people to built houses under its "Abhiyan Basera" scheme. Jha was talking to reporters in Patna on July 14, 2016.
