Rich tributes were paid to Sir Seewoosagar Ramgoolam on his birth anniversary in Patna on September 18, 2014. Bihar Road Construction Minister Lalan Singh and others paid floral tributes to Ramgoolam statue and also participated in the state government organised function to celebrate the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of Mauritius.
