Braj Kishore Samman Samaroh (Braj Kishore Award function) was organised at AN Sinha Institute of Social Studies in Patna on January 15, 2013 to celebrate the 137th birth anniversary of freedom fighter and educationist Braj Kishore Babu. Fromer Governor of Tripura and Chhattisgarh and AN Sinha Institute Chairman DN Sahay inaugurated the function. Social activist Sudha Verghese, social scientist Professor Mahendra Narayan Karn, litterateur Dr Naresh Pandey Chakor, journalist Govind Sharma and Anandi Prasad Badal got the awards this year.
