Upendra Verma files nomination for Bihar Legislative Council election


Upendra Verma filed his nomination papers for Bihar Legislative  Council election in Patna on April 11, 2012. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and several other ministers were present on the occasion.
