Indian Postal Accounts Offices Employees Association holds 4th National convention in Patna

The fourth national convention of Indian Postal Accounts Offices Employees Association was held in Patna on December 18, 2011. Bihar Legislative Council Chairman Tara Kant Jha and BJP national spokesman and MP Ravishankar Prasad addressed the convention.
